Anyone that has removed the door trims for speaker upgrades or whatever reason, did the clips/clamps break? If so did you have to get replacements? Any part numbers?

I know ECSTuning has some clips, but the above pic doesn't supply part numbers so I'm a bit at a loss, and hoping someone has blazed this trail already.
