Awesome. We have had our JCW for just under a week. I discovered that if you stand at the driver side exhaust and switch the car to Sport, you can see the valve open in the tailpipe and the car roars like it should. When not in sport mode, the left exhaust is shut off completely.

Thank you! I am really enjoying it! As a previous Miata owner I am finding that this car (and I think all Mini's) share a bit of a soul with the Miata in that they seem to exist primarily to bring joy to the driver. Of course this one is a lot more practical than the Miata and that's a huge plus for a daily driver.

Looks nice! Also looks like it's time to replace your rotors (and pads). That's a funky-looking stripe showing through!

I had the original, first year Miata I bought when they came out. The first car I bought myself after college. Loved that car. At the time, there were no other 2-seat roadster style cars on the market. I think they stopped making any of them in the 60s or early 70's. Around 1990 Mazda had a few engineers that built it as the car they wanted and magically, Mazda put it in production after the response it got when they took it out for a drive. Story is posted online somewhere.

add another black 2019 S All4.to the thread... on that note anyone know if you can swap out the front grill for the non-mustache type. Not sure I want to, more curious if its possible right now.

Hi - I replaced my grill. It was an easy half hour job. I ended up buying the part from www.schmiedmann.com. It was shippped from Denmark to the US $160 total.
That was back a few months ago. Your car looks great - like the wheels.

Tabs look the same and Simenon just completed it.

Grille swap Pre LCI to Pre LCI for pointers

Even your site says "does not fit" , but I imagine that's because the part was made for a different model year. Simenon didn't seem to have an issue though

Thanks for the searching

I'm sorry to be a pain, but what does "he did no post up, "hey i had troubles" mean?

I can also confirm that the grills have the same fitment. I went chrome jcw > black jcw > black line lci jcw. No problems.

Nice! I've got a white over gray CM as well. I haven't seen many of them around.

Hit me up if you need any recommendations for sources. I've done a LOT of looking around.

Just picked up a 2019 S E All4 yesterday. First Mini and trying to figure out everything in it, but really like it.

With my Ram 2500 that hauled it from North Carolina back home to Virginia.
