MFSW Retrofitting (MFSW Column Switch)

I want to retrofit MFSW in Countryman R60, I purchased the Multi-function steering wheel but my column switch needs to be compatible with it, despite having the MFSW ports on the column switch, there's no reaction. According to a BMW expert I need first to replace the column switch. No seller could help me nor could I find anyone who can help with this. Can anyone help me find the right part number for a column switch that would fit into my R60 and supports MFSW? Last 7 characters of my VIN: WN41237My current column switch part number: 9253763-02

We dont have the euro part that you have there.

But the US part with the Mulit function is the difference is the rain sensor and the DSC, in your country you may not have DSC.

Thanks for the reply.
I replaced my column switch with one that has this part number 61319253767 and it worked perfectly, just need to do coding for the cruise control. I'm looking for someone who can do it remotely.
