R60 from cigarette lighter replace with usb

Does anyone know if there is a part that fits that replaces the cigarette lighter 12v plug with a usb?
The 12v plug is useless. A usb is useful. Getting a 12v to USB adapter is too bulky.
I am in the process of replacing the cup holders anyway and figured I can do this while the cup holders are out.

I have an Aukey Dual USB Flush Fit one in the rear 12V plug for the kids, its almost flush and way easier than replacing the 12V plug. I also believe that BMW/MINI makes one too.

BMW version, not as flush:

I ended up drilling out the hole a little bit where the cigarette lighter was and fit a usb and usb-c adapter there permanently, which also has a digital voltage meter. I made a pigtail wire to connect to the harness.
love it
