Driver window switches not working

I have a 2013 Countryman S All4 and the drivers window switches and mirror control work off and on. I have gone through all the fuses and they are all good. The only thing I notice with it is that the right turn signal when you press it up and it gives you 3 blinks will stop working when the window control panel stops working. When it comes back on then the right 3 blinker works. Going full blinker to the right always works.
So I pulled the switch out of the door and it appears undamaged. The connector has a brown wire, orange and yellow wire, and a white and brown wire. Brown shows no power. Orange and yellow is getting 12 volts. White and Brown wire shows 3 volts and when i hit it with the reader the right blinker starts blinking. The next thing I was going to do was replace the window switch panel and see if that fixes things but the connection with the blinker makes me think that it wont fix things.
Any ideas or insight on this? Anyone else have this problem?

Not sure how to delete this. I copied it over to the repair section.
