Bluetooth audio and steering wheel controls

2016 R60 (not sure why this forum is labeled 2010-2015 as I do have an R60). Anyway, I use Bluetooth audio to listen to podcasts on my phone. Once in a while the steering control will let me rewind a bit but most of the time it does not. Does anyone else experience this (or even care, ha ha).

For those that have a separate Bluetooth adapter, does rewind work? Sometimes I start daydreaming and being able to rewind would be nice. I have used the USB where I can rewind but my phone app auto downloads podcasts for me.

Thanks!

Steve

Have a 2016 MCS and use bluetooth to listen to music on my phone. Every so often, the "advance to next track" won't work and I use the dashboard button. Doesn't hqppen often enough for me to take to dealer and let them rip the steering wheel and possibly the dash apart.

I have the same car and the same issue. When it happens I can literally grab my phone, skip the track, and then the button on the wheel immediately works again. Who knows.
