Can you adjust the sprayer on the headlight washers? The passenger side sprays over the top of the car.

 

Have you tried using a paper clip to adjust them? It would be similar to the ones on the hood. If not call up your local mini dealer and see if you can talk to a tech. They maybe able to help as well. The mini techs around me are really nice and don't mind answering questions like that
