Kind of one of those "Thanks Captain Obvious" moments.....

 

We know what as fact? Lots of info in the comparison.

If I wanted a low priced, long warranty decent car I'd buy a KIA to get me from point A to B. If I want a fun car MINI is at the top of my list.

 

Which is kind of what the point of the comparison was........ boring vs fun.

 

Fun but pricey! And BORING sells.

Ok let's be honest here. None of us mini owners bought the car because it was " practical ". None of bought one because they where the cheapest option. We darn sure didn't buy them because they have the best infotainment system to ever exist on the planet. No we bought them because they are an absolute blast to drive! I recently bought my new to me r60 s all4 and my father looked at me like I was an idiot because I traded my 2013 VW Passat for it. Now here I am a single father of two kids (10 and 8) who now drives a mini and my father looks at me and says that was a stupid thing to have done. So I handed him the keys and told him to take it for a spin. I said to him if he came back from driving that mini and did not have a smile on his face I would return the car and go back to my Passat. Let's just end this by saying my mini is still parked in my driveway and my father wants to know when he can take my mother for a ride in it. Lol
