Long time lurker here posting pics of my wife's 2015 countryman S for the first time
It's sitting on a 19" set of VMR V721 in Gunmetal and lowered on Megan Racing springs that will be getting swapped out for coilovers next week to get more low
Will also be adding a c@tless DP, modified akarapovic exhaust system and still up in the air as to what tune to get.
Car looks great! If I remember correctly the VMR's are OEM offset, correct? I am looking at other options for 19s, but am worried about excessive offset. The +45 19" wheel market is pretty limited! Anyways, have you ever considered going 50%Clear/50%Black on the taillights, bumper reflectors, and turn signals? I think the mod looks great on white CMs, and really sets them off! Also, you may want to check out Superbrightleds.com, you can switch out those amber turn signal bulbs, if you're into that sorta thing.
Photo of mine for reference:
Also, please, please do yourself a favor and go with MANIC on the tune!! I have STG2 with supporting mods, and the thing rips! Great looking CM, keep up the good work!
Drive Safe & Drive Often. Rubber Side Down. Over & Out.
Juan... in regards to the my current wheel specs, I am running 19x8.5 et35 with a 235/35/19 tire and it sits perfectly flush with the megan racing springs. 45 offset sinks in a bit too much for my taste.
I am slowly changing up all the chrome accents to black, headlight housings will be painted black too along with the ugly amber and red reflectors. Not a big fan of the tinted tails and headlights so that'll stay stock. I was thinking of going with jb4 and a down pipe fix to eliminate the check engine light. I have ran the jb products on my previous bmw's and had nothing but great experience with their product.
