Does anybody know what the weight setting is on the passenger front seat of the Countrymen? My wife is annoyed because no matter what she sets on the seat, something as small as a cell phone, it triggers the front seat sensor.

Ladies being ladies, she often likes to set her purse there and that triggers the sensor too.

 

Not sure what the weight setting is but i understand some are far more sensitive than others. I've put a bag of groceries on my seat and not triggered it so mine's okay but i do have one of those plugs to insert in the seat belt connector and it has worked when needed.

 

My cell phone will trigger it. Its VERY sensitive.

 

Same here cell phone, a large stack of mail.

I'm assuming you mean the there is someone in this seat beep till the seat belt is on sensor?

 

Yes, and a alert that the airbag is off as well
