Wheel Spacers

Has anyone put wheel spacers on their Countryman? I am thinking about doing it for looks and for additional stability and handling after putting on the 2" lift kit. I know of spacers from ECS and Burger and others, I am just looking for anyone that has applied them, what size, and whether they have noticed any difference in driving. Thanks.

try searching in the Wheel & Tire section, there are threads that cover this.

I looked there before posting and saw some mentions about people putting spacers on, or going to, but no mention of whether the ride changed and how.

To explain even further, before posting i utilized the search tools available, since these types of message board design haven't changed in over a decade it was easy to find and initiated a search for a post dedicated to "wheel spacers" or just "spacers" and none came up. I also searched within posts for the terms and came up with random references to the person wanting to do it or that they were going to do it the next day.

Your response intones that you know for a fact "there are threads that cover this" and so would possibly be able to reference the thread in a helpful manner.
