Hello Folks,

Just purchased my very first Mini yesterday. Proud owner of 2014 Mini Countryman.

I'm already thinking of modifying few specs.

To begin, I am looking to swap out the factory halogen headlight bulb for something brighter. But confused about the bulb size.

Most online info indicates the bulb size is H4. But the owner's manual states H13.

Can someone kindly clarify?

It is a H13, aka 9008, definitely not an H4. I got the Sylvania Silverstar Ultras. They are definitely brighter, but still a long way from Xenons. Still kicking myself for not going with Xe.
