Outlets not working.

The outlets (sockets) in my 2012 mini countryman don't seem to work, all three of them. Has anyone else had this problem? Any way to fix it?

We had that happen on our '12 after the dealer was doing some other repair work on the electrical system, and it was the fuse.

Do you know which fuze it was? Did the fuze need to be replaced or just reset?

It is fuse, and the diagram is inside the fuse box cover panel. You don't reset car fuses. You replace them. Just make sure it is same color and has the same number. Auto Zone, WalMart and many other retailers carry them.
