Owner Lounge

Under the Owner Lounge or order summary, how can I know, my order is a stick shift or automatic?

Click on "where's my mini" on the first screen after log in. And they you will see a pop-up window. That's your order summary.

Beside, shouldn't you double check everything is what your ordered when you at the dealership?

Is the ownerslounge working for anyone right now? My car is on the boat, it was built two weeks ago and it still says that "I'm pretty quick on the draw"

I'm in the same situation as you. My car will be completed by end of today and I still can't register. I know OL is always behind in updating, but it would've been nice to view my order online. I enjoyed the OL experience when I ordered my Clubman 5 years ago. I verified my order sheet at the dealer's, but I hope I won't get any unpleasant surprises.

Mine is also been built. It is current at the port awaiting a ship. I still cannot access Owners Lounge. The phone number deal works fine.

As an Information Technology Designer and Developer all I can do is shake my head. If the phone system has access to the data, then it should be a trivial thing for the website to also have access. I would be ashamed if someone could build an enter car and ship it from Europe to the United States faster than someone can update a computer database.

If and when the OL works... I would use it as a last resource of information.. It is never up to date and rarely is it working with out something going on with it..and as far as ask mini..well that isn't much better either... I tested them one day by calling 3 times in 20 mins...each time I totally got a different answer..so my faith with them is minimal! I think its time for a revamping of there OL...lol..

during our process, I found that my MA had very up to date info every step of the way(I was able to track it better than her when it was on the water via a marine tracking site, but otherwise, here Mini-BMW database was very up to date)
