Lastest Countryman money factor?

Anyone have some inside information on what the latest moneyfactor for the Countryman S is?

FWD if that matters, although i'd like to know what the All4 version is as well.

Trying to get the latest 0 down, $379/month lease offer, but the two dealers I'm talking to are playing games.

The MF I locked last week when I ordered my car is 0.00140. Dealers will commonly mark that up, but if you ask/demand the base MF, they have to give it to you. Also the acquisition fee is $725 but most try to mark it up to $925 so be cognizant of that during the negotiations.

FYI, for my 2012 Countryman S with an MSRP of $31,800 and a buy price of $30,800, for 15k per year my lease payment is $484 per month. Just to give you some perspective.

OK, thanks.

I'm trying to get something close to the advertised lease rate of $379+tax, zero down, based on $29,040 retail, 10K/year, 38 months, zero first payment. This should equal $405.33 w/tax.

I have a retail price of $32,629, sale price at one dealer of $31,379.

The $2339 difference in retail price should equal $1450.18 of leased amount to be added (based on 62% residual). Or $38.16/month plus interest and sales tax.

Of course, the prices I'm getting are nowhere near this amount.

A little frustrating, for the salesmen know absolutely zero about any of this. They just through out monthly payments and deposits, and balk when you ask for specifics.

Well if they balk and won't give you detail, you balk and don't give them your business. There are other MINI dealerships. Be willing to go a distance away. All MINI dealerships will service any warrantee'd MINI, so don't let them give you that excuse to try to force you to deal with them.
