R60 Question about bluetooth
Question about bluetooth
I just bought a 2011 Countryman S All4, and I want to set up my phone with bluetooth. The phone buttons are on the console and steering wheel, but when I press the Menu button, I don't get the option for phone, only Computer, Config and one other. Does this mean the car isn't set up for phone? Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for the help.

Aha, this may be the problem. I bought it used from the dealer, though it had never been registered and only was driven before by a Mini executive - so it's like new but I didn't get to choose anything. Is there anyway to get the bluetooth package now? Or this car just doesn't have it and there's nothing I can do? Thanks for answering!
The bluetooth package comes with an iPod / iPhone cable wihch requires a USB port. Check the very front of the center rail for a USB port next to the standard headphone jack. If you don;t have the USB port then no bluetooth was installed.
You can probably go aftermarket with a DICE unit, but I would start with these guys:
