R60 JCW design package installation
Wanted to add my 2 cents since I did plasti-dipped mine this weekend:
1) Tie a piece of string around the wrench and your wrist for when you drop the wrench (I was lucky to have a second wrench handy that allowed me to finish removing the light so I could grab the first wrench).
2) I only removed 3 of the 4 screws (left the top-inner one untouched) and was able to wiggle the light out. I did loosen the nut before reinstalling.
3) The top-inner screw is the hardest to get at, but surprisingly there seems to be plenty of space to maneuver around it...if you can contort your body correctly. I had tried to get at the nut "from the below" (for those that have done this, I think you know what I'm saying), but there wasn't enough room for my hands to wiggle around. I actually had more success accessing the nut "from above" - there's lots of space above the light and it was a much more natural motion to swing the wrench around.
I'm 6'3" with decent sized hands (can palm a basketball) just to give you an idea of how much room I had to work with.
Oh, and thanks to all the previous write-ups.
