I am running no front plate on my Wrx and have been for almost a year in Iowa(which requires it as well)and haven't been pulled over yet. I requested our Mini that we are picking up Sat. to have no holes drilled either. I guess if we get pulled over for them we might put one on, but just try it without for awhile and see what happens

It just looks so slick without holes! Now I just have to make up my mind.
