Too late, Baker, I already ordered white. I personally don't like the look of the black wheels, looks to me like the car is running on donuts ( a spare tire, in case not everyone calls them donuts). No offense to those with black, just my opinion.

I feel the same way, I went with anthracite tunnel spokes because the white trim around the pattern broke up the dark perfectly to me.

Exactly. For us, we felt all black wheels "blended" in with the black of the tire and looked a bit indistinct. IMHO, even a polished rim adds something a bit more pleasing to the eye, but all black would not fly in our house.

YMMV

I love my white wheels. As everyone with them has stated they contrast well with the white roof and mirror caps. I keep em clean using poor boys spray and rinse or when I need to really clean them some chemical guys diablo wheel gel. I am going to try and seal them up with poor boys wheel sealant, They say it will help keep the dust off. Also am interested in trying the Prima Wheel Amour. Anyone use it that wants to share their experience?

The white tunnel spokes have got to the the ugliest wheel BMW have ever released on any vehicle they have ever produced, put them on a yellow CM and you have a car so ugly it damn near make me puke. Black tunnel spokes look ok.

KiwiRob, that's what is great about the MINI, the fact that you can get things that suit you, not someone else. I love the way the white tunnel spokes look. There are some questionable choices/combinations I've seen, but as long as they please the person who chose them, who am I to say anything?

If anyone wants to get rid of their "puke inducing" white tunnel spokes, just let me know.

Brake Dust Sheilds

We just got a 2013 Countryman S ALL4. I really want to keep the wheels clean. We also have an 05 MCS Convertible with white rims. The 05' has brake dust shields on it and they work perfectly! But I can find them for the Countrymans standard 17" rims. Does anyone have any suggestions?
