Heads up on the link, sometimes it doesn't load correct. If it doesn't click Customer Centre at the top and then Track and Trace and it will load correct. Enter your VIN into Cargo ID and hit track.

 

My SA said that my car was shipped/on a boat - but if I can't find my VIN on here does that mean I'm on another shipping service? (not the WW one).

 

Most likely on K-Line then, and there is no way to track it. My MA emailed me my update and it had the ships name on it. My VIN worked on the WW site, but the update with the ships name on it was the icing on the cake. Check with your SA and they if they know it has shipped, then they should have the ships name.

 

^^Just got it to work! Yay. I'm on "TOSCANA"! Is there any place I can track that ship?

:EDIT: It will only track it if it is in range. You can get a good idea by it's last location though.
