Thumbs up Early Winter Driving

So far, so GREAT! Got through 4 hours of unexpected and very frustrating, wet, icy, snowy weather here in the Tristate NY area with my 1 month old CM S All4 Manual with the all season run flats.

Jury is in - awesome. Saw many stranded cars (many "SUVs"), numerous fender benders, swerved around down trees and power lines- literally over the rivers and through the woods. So much more fun in the CM!!

Any thoughts on how to best protect and maintain the interior surfaces especially the carpeted areas in the boot from snow and dirt?

Here's to safe and fun winter motoring!

Good to hear. I wish there was some kind of display that let you know when the awd is engaged

As bostonterrier mentioned there is an OEM Mini accessory rubber boot mat available. I posted a movers blanket I got from Harbor Freight to cover the boot when the seats are folded.

The interior door panels get cut/scratch easily as I had big rubber tubs sliding around yesterday so be sure to protect or strap stuff down. I'll post a pic of the damage tonight
