I have just ordered my Cosmic Blue. I have ordered with the black headlights.
Assume it will come with the normal chrome surround. You changed yours to black, was it much of a job? how much the surrounds cost?

I need as many CM in CB pics posting as poss now, as I have 2 months or so before she arrives!!

 

I love those lights! Where can I find those or a different colour?

I have a shop near my office which painted my headlights rings. He charged me $340 for the job, including oil change, the HID fog lights, ( which were 240)

Ah Redcar-if only we could get the SD here in the States. I have a long daily commute (150 miles). That would be my ultimate computing car. I got my R60 just before Christmas. The weather hasn't cooperated so I've only got one decent shot do far.

Meant to add... how you finding Cosmic Blue? its been said on the forum that there are issues with swirls with this colour??

 

Redcar, thanks. I haven't noticed any swirls but then again with the snow and road salt lately the poor thing gets dirty right after it gets cleaned. I think many Americans got turned off by the atrocious diesels produced by Detroit in the 70's and they're slowly warming up to them again. I hear Mini is thinking about bringing them over-maybe by the time I need a new one. I probably don't need to tell you how good modern diesels are. I almost bought a Passat TDI instead. No regrets at all though win the petrol Mini.

 

Redcar, forgot to add, yes I did have the 1 rally lights done when I ordered the car. Just got 'em the week before Christmas.

Hey...my new CB / CM is due at the dealer 21st Feb. collecting early March. Any new CB pics??? Anyone??

 

None yet-been too snowy or rainy. I've had my new 2013 CB R60 S All4 for about 1 1/2 months now (almost 5k miles on 'em)and I haven't been able to get more than 1 good shot due to bad weather or it being dirty. I hope you enjoy it when it does arrive!

 

Took this pic upon delivery 10/25/2012. Lovlovlove this car and can't believe it took me three months to order it! I am having dark blue stripes applied to the roof and extending the white stripes down front and rear bumpers. Next mod will be an ECU tune . . .

 

Looks good. GL with it . Interesting combo it will be with the dark and white stripes, It sure will be one of a kind and you sure will have fun with it.

 

I'm picking up my 2013 CB CM All4 any day now!! Has a white roof and mirror with checkered decal on sunroof and white stripe on side!! Can't wait to see it.
