CB owners - I haven't picked up my CB/White countryman yet (hopefully next week!), but I've been wondering how hard is it to keep looking shiny? I've looked through the detailing 101 threads, but I wanted to know what our CB countrymen owners thought. Is it as difficult as a black car or is the blue more forgiving?

Thanks in advance!

In the dark it looks black. I have found it easy so far but we haven't had any rain for a long time.

Still it's the best color beating out Pure Orange by a heartbeat.

My CM is at the dealership, as of yesterday. About 7-10 days from now, I'll finally have my pretty, shiny Cosmic Blue CM!

Here's a pic showing the lounge leather interior. If you look closely, you may also spy the Flexpod adapter.

It was a loooooong wait from 7/8/11 to 10/13/11, but I finally got my awesome cosmic blue countryman yesterday!

I never had the chance to check out the color, other than photos and the sample color plates at the dealership. It looks even better then I thought it would! Cosmic Blue is definitely the best looking color in the countryman color lineup. Very happy with my choice.

Tallulah's Twin Sister, Luna!

I finally got her home and cleaned up for some pics, although I just noticed that my lens was not clean. Children...

Nice! I like the level's of tint that you chose. I'm about to have mine done. What percentages are yours?

I believe they told me at the dealership that it was 30 on the front, 15 rear. They went the darkest legal in Florida. I am getting some *classic* looks from the other moms in the carpool line!

We ordered two Cosmic Blue Countryman yesterday, an S and an S All-4. These are MINI #'s 5 and 6 for us. Not sure if it should be man or men but you get the idea. Looking forward to joining the OCBOC...I'll post pics as soon as they arrive which will be a while. Until then I'll live vicariously thru your photos so keep posting.

They're close but the All-4 has the Sport package with xenon's & 18" wheels. I'll have to look over the orders but I think they are otherwise identical. And it wasn't exactly planned that way, it's just what we both liked when we went to the dealership to look. I love Cosmic Blue...very classy and unique. IMHO there's too much black, grey, and silver on the road these days. The world needs a massive injection of color & humor.

I love how MINI ordering works. Order the one with the 4-wheel drive so you feel secure in inclement weather . . . . and you get the big wheels with the RFs that aren't allowed out in the cold and won't work in the snow.

Sealy - Who's waiting for pics when the twins are delivered.

Living in OHIO I had to get the all season RFs. I would of got the 18" RFs if they would of come in all season.
