The first production prototype is done and I'll have prices tomorrow. I'd post a pick of it...but NAM keeps changing things and i can not figure out how to upload one now...so as soon as they fix it, I'll upload one.

Def interested in the skid plate. About how much would it cost, and how much does it weigh? Also, could you post more pics of the hitch set up? that looks really clean. I've been looking for a good hitch that isn't an eye sore.

still not set on a price yet. we are waiting to hear back from the water jet place on costs for that. it weighs in at 13 lbs or less. the plate is 12.5 then add some hardware. our pre production unit was made out of 1/4 inch thick and she has put it thru many tests. there where lots of scraps on the bottom of it because of the off road driving she was doing at the dragon and thing.
i don't see any reason it would not fit a JCW body kit at this time, but i would have to look under it to see. but i think it will since we are mounting to things that would be on the car no mater what the front bumper looks like.
As for the hitch, i'll have to see if i have more pics. but it installed very well. it's a MINI-FINI hitch and i think they have some pics up of it. i would recommend it to anyone. we sell them if you need one.
more info as soon as i get it. believe me i have been waiting on it as long as you guys have!

Good job at getting the skid plate out!
Now that gothmdoc pointed it out, are you guys planning on selling a spare tire for the Countryman any time soon? I dont think it will fit in the storage well, but maybe you can get something that snaps onto the back of one of the rear seats, or maybe it could mount on the side like they are mounted in the old Jeep Cherokee (not the grands).

we only had one to get things set up. he asked first, so he got it!
we are working on more now and the price on our web site should be good. we will honor it for all pre orders, but might go up a bit after that.

Well any of the R56 options will fit your car. The Forge Intercooler will fit. Mynes or RMW can tune your car. And I can make you a light bar like you see or a bit different. I think a two light bar would be very nice and make it a bit smaller so that it doesn't go as high. But the front bar is costly, but very strong.

OK - after much other stuff that had to get done, I finally got around to installing the skid plate from Detroit Tuned on Fenton. Now he's more equipped to go play in the dirt!
Looks great- mine made it through a really really muddy rally cross with no incident- others had problems with cracked oil pans- have fun.
