Does any one know how to turn off parking distance control? Need to be able to turn off when bike rack on. My friends says most cars have a switch to turn on and off but I can't find it.

Our parking distance control defaulted to zero volume when the car arrived. We had to turn up the volume assigned to parking distance control to hear it (procedure is described in manual). So, I imagine you can turn it down to accomplish turning it off.
