Customer Centre at the top of the page, pick Cargo Track from the drop down menu. Enter VIN as Cargo ID. Repeat several times a day until you get a hit. Only works for WW line.

After I select Cargo Track it tries to load a page and nothing appears but the white screen.

Site seems to be very browser sensitive. Works intermittently at work (IE7), not at all on MAC (Safari), and almost always on Firefox. May have to add Firefox to your machine. It's free and eliminates a lot of these problems.
