I don't know about that exact one but there are all sizes. They make them for big SUV's too. I just grabbed the link for a pic.

Here is an option for the front seat some people use. One guy posted pics with a Corgi he traveled all over with in one.

LOL.... very cute option. I have seen them in my local pet store. The only thing is he likes to lay next to me while I drive. I just feel bad for him because he can't seem to find a comfortable position either on the passenger seat or on my lap. I sold my Toyota Tacoma Truck and down sized to the MINI. I fell in love with the CMS and knew ahead of time it may be an issue for Buddy. But I figured in time he will get use to the new ride.

Oooh you could get a small bean bag dog bed so it will fill in the gaps of the center pieces and leave a soft area for him to lay. Just would have to move it to use the brake and keep the arm rest up if you have it (but doesn't he make a good arm rest?!)
