I think I read a discussion somewhere that a BMW 1 series spare may work as far as the bolt pattern, not sure about the offset...

I would be interested in a spare if it would fit in the lower area below the floor.

Does the spare fit the space underneath the cargo floor? I know recent bmws don't even have space there.

Spare will NOT fit in the lower boot area. There will soon be an after market gizzmoe from Minifini that plugs into the bike rack holes and mounts the spare behind the car. There is a thread somewhere for that.

Spare does not fit under the cargo floor, but we offer a custom storage/carrying bag for the spare, so you don't have to stare at a bare tire...

Cheers,
Ken

$329??? This is not a reasonable price at all in my mind. I'll just go with AAA

Seriously, I know its BMW's mark up, but there is just no need. With TPMS, a compressor and a tire plug kit ($30 total) your gtg. I carry some tire slime also in a pinch (came with the compressor). Honestly, 3 years with my MCS on NYC roads, and I never got stuck with a flat, picked up a leak here and there that TPMS let me know about well in advance and were plugged at home at my leisure. Anything more serious than that is why we have road side assistance.

Price is OK, $30 cheaper and it's more reasonable. Useful for long road trips into middle of nowhere.

But where is the jack?

I have a 2015 and I can't see to find the tool kit! I look under the driver seat and only found the tow hook. Is it possible they don't come with it??

Thanks
Enrique

Tool kits for the Countryman were removed in 2013 I think. Tow hook is all that is included now.
