18" Wheels\Tires Clearance

I have a 2005 Mini Cooper S and was looking to change the 17" rims to an 18 x 7.5 rim with +42mm offset and 215/35ZR18 tires. Does anyone know if I will have any issues with the tires rubbing if I do this on the stock Mini.

In that offset, you should be fine. With your tire choice, the diameter will actually be slightly less than stock and since you're not dropped, I don't think there should be a problem.
