Howdy from NOR*CAL
Hey folks, Just another new guy in your awesome little community you've got here. My name is Wally and I'm from Sacramento, CA.
I've been in California for about 7 years now and love it. I'm originally from Ohio. Born and raised... corn feed to!
I brew beer for a living and also home brew on the side. Now or days in large breweries computers brew the beer for you. Brewing at home keeps me up on my skill.
I just recently purchased my first Mini Cooper. It's a 2007 and Chili Red. The main reason for me getting it was that I commute 100 miles for work and at 40mpg Highway, this cute little car was hard to pass up. After driving it for a week or two I really started to enjoy my drive a lot more. The car is so pleasurable to drive and so much more. This coming from a guy that has been driving Subarus most his life. At this point I really wish I got an S or the JCW car. But... I did buy it for the MPG. So I'll just stick it out and enjoy what I have until I get another one.
Besides beer, I'm really big on amusement parks and roller coasters in general. I'm a total nerd when it comes to the subject. I actually flew to Japan last month just to ride some new coasters. Weird... huh? Don't even get me started on Disney.
Anyway, I look forward to learning a lot about Minis here and who knows, maybe a few friends along the way.
Enjoying a tasty Dortmunder Gold at Great Lakes Brewing Co in Cleaveland, OH

Me and my family. My wife Karen, my son Gavin Trey(Named after Trey Anastasio, any Phish Heads out there?) and Myself

Japan and Disneyland... I'm in Heaven!!!

^Yeah, I love the car for the way it drives and handles. I just wish somebody would of told me about them sooner.
