Hello Eveyone!
As you can tell I am new to the forum, and also Minis.
So far this has been a great experience owning a Mini, and the culture and comunity following it is as the same with my MY04WRX (Mr_Hyde) as well which I love. You all know what I am talking about...Doesn't matter who is behind the wheel of a Mini we all wave, flash the lights *when it is during the day* or honk. My wife thinks we are crazy and the first time I did that I had to explain to her why we do it. I told her that its a feeling of pride that some one has the same taste in vehicles. (not to meniton this started in the 70s with my old 1973 2002tii (BMW)
A Bit of history, 35 and 40 years ago my dad owned a British Leland Import/Export Buisness with his father. Importing Triumphs, Spitfires, Bugeye Sprights and Minis. When we heard that BMW was going to bring the New Mini to the states we were estatic.. Now we are just wating for everything else to be imported.
