I, too, am about to purchase a new MINI....Tons of information here to make your decision somewhat more difficult, yet you'll be more informed....unless your budget is not limited.

I'm in the same boat as you are but perhaps a seat or two ahead of you. I've ordered one and am patiently waiting.

 

Remember friend, free advice is worth what you pay for it. But here's my advice to you. Since you're lurking, what you should do is pick out your MINI then come on here prior to "closing the deal". Make a post telling about your MINI choice and all the options on it etc. This way people can give you advice about THAT specific MINI. I'm pretty sure that as long as it has a MINI name on it, you're going to like it, but there's enough know-how on this site to steer you away from a bum deal!
