Greetings from Iowa where there isn't a Mini dealer in the whole state!! Maybe someday! My wife purchased her first Mini Cooper S, Hyper Blue, Convertible while we were visiting family in Wisconsin. Was in Milwaukee and came across a Mini dealer.................well the rest is history. It now shares a stall in our garage with my Harley Davidson Road King Classic, perfect fit for both. This forum is really great and has helped me to learn about her new ride. I am also a member of the Road King Rider's forum, another great, informative place to live and learn. I have had the opportunity to motor around in her Mini and I have to say that it is as much fun as riding my Harley!! I can't believe how similar the Mini world is with Harley... clubs, events, rides, clothes, etc., this should be a lot of fun. We will have to look for Mini patches to wear on our Harley vests and visa versa!! Well, we will be visiting here often, good to meet all of you. Coopderide

I am new also (Vics44) from Florida. Just curious if you ever go to the BIG Davis Family motorcycle rally in Iowa? I use to own a Goldwing Trike and the wife & I still do motorcycle rallies as a vendor. Mainly in the SE but wonder out sometime. We did the Davis family Rally in 2005 and may do it again in 2007, just not sure yet. My wife decided she didn't want to ride our trike everywhere so I sold it and now have on order a new mini to take with us.
