First post- Preferred AirIntakes for 05 MCS

I have done a bit of searching but haven't found the thread to the preferred brand/model of AirIntake for an 05 MCS. I got it brand new and have been so busy enjoying it that I haven't done any mods. I was looking to do the air intake and the front strut brace first (something light and easy) prior to digging into more. My greatest enjoyment in my KeyLime is cornering, handling and power through corners. What other suggestions do you all have?

Thanks!

Go with the M7 FSB, and for CAI if you can find the M7 get it, if not Alta is really good too.

Hi there. I don't have any 1st hand experience as I'm awaiting delivery, but you can google Alta, Dinan, M7 and Webb Motorsports and visit their websites. I'm pretty sure that there's a lot of users on this forum with good things to say about them.

I've got the Alta CAI which I'm pretty happy with. It whistles a little at partial throttle (like cruising on the highway), but it has a nice scream when you get on the gas. Price is reasonable, install is easy, everyone and their mother seems to have one.

I have the MINI MADNESS CAI and am very happy with it. Along with a
Borla exhaust and a 15% pulley the extra power is there plus the great
sounds.

I just picked up an Alta for my 06 MCS. Can't wait to get it on!

If you don't mind dropping $600 get the M7 AGS. Otherwise, get the Alta.
