I bought my 2002 MCS from Niello Mini in Sacramento. Purchased the factory extension to 50K and a third party extended warranty from the dealer via Smart Choice 2000. My Mini now has 51,000 miles and I took the car into a local shop that specializes in Minis, not the dealer. They found that Smart Choice went bankrupt several years ago. No forwarding number! I am waiting for a response from Niello. Has anyone else had this experience? what was the Outcome?
