Consumer Reports 2007: MINI Cooper

According to CR, the MINI Cooper is the only european car to make the "most reliable" list for 2007. it is mentioned in this story. enjoy, and be surprised. Who knew Nissans wer so crappy in general?

Just to clarify, they're talking about 2006 and earlier Mini's.

I would wait for the complete review is out before celebrating. I personally think CR dislikes MINIs and for that matter MINI owners. They have been trashing on us for years, so why now suddenly a good rating?

actually they've been pretty kind to MINIs the last couple of years, since about the 2004 model. I remember the 2005 CR guide listed an "average" reliability rating, a huge improvement compared to Solid-Black bad the first couple years, when they literally de-recommended the car, reliability-wise (despite top red marks in consumer satisfaction and resale value.)

I'm sure BMW would love to see solid reds all the way across, just like Lexus/Toyota!
