has anyone bought this armrest? If so what's your opinion of it?

If its the factory armrest I can say it is the only option I have been disappointed with. Cover slides open too easily while driving, especially while shifting gears. Drives me nuts.

No, that's an aftermarket armrest. I agree with you about the factory armrest. I never would have ordred it if I had known how cheap it was contructed. Always sliding open. The dealer is going to replace it. It's comfortable, and handy for my sunglasses, but there needs to be a better clasp of some kind.

I ordered my '06 without an armrest because of comments like these...after a few weeks of ownership ( ), and almost a 1000 miles already I must say I do not regret having an armrest at all! Actually couldn't imagine the car with one at this point.

that's the first I've heard that they open too easily while driving....I'll find out soon if I have the same problem.
