Difference between "S" and regular Rubber Floor Mats

I need to buy some Rubber Floor Mats. Can anyone tell me what is the difference between the "Mini" and the "S" rubber floor mats, if any? Other than the little logo in the corner, is the pattern, quality, thickness different?

I'm leaning more toward the "mini" rubber floor mats, because it's a little cheaper. Even though I have an MCS.

Thanks for the info...

I can't tell you the difference, but, if you can do without the logo, Bavarian Autosport sell a superior quality product which includes both front and back for the same cost as the fronts from your dealer.

Just the logo. It is a simple way to milk more money out of us because people like me have to have the matching S mats for my MCS.

wait, the "s" mats have the logo on cf-lookin' material, doesn't that make the car go faster?

I don't know about the Bavarian Autosport but the MINI regular and S mats fit soo perfectly. I do note that (I can only speak for the S mat) after a year/30,000 mi, where the right heel rests that it is noticeably worn.

rubber mats are supposed to be great for winter, but the crap kinda bounces out of them. when me feet dry off and the junk gets dry, rubber normally doesnt do a good job of removing that. everyone tells me i should get the rubber S mats for winter. I guess I could. I always thoughtt that closed loop black mats would catch and hold the dirt.

The rubber does'nt absorb water as the carpet ones do.

The rubber MINI mats aren't deep enough for a serious snowy winter. Believe me, I've got Brew City cred. If you live in a snowy area, you need the really deep rubber mats that hold water until you can dump them.
