I bought my wife a Brand new Mini Cooper S , and it is only 2 months old. The MAJOR PROBLEM is the car goes into the auto safe/limp mode!! ,
( THE CAR STOPS RUNNING ) and this is driving at highway speeds.. Yes I have brought it in for service 2 times , and now it has been at the dealer for it's third (same problem of course) I have read my Hawaii Lemon Law papers and are in the process of getting the paper work ready.

I don't know what the Hawaii Lemon Law requirements are, but you might enquire about them with a local Lemon Law attorney. Each state has a different set of requirements (some like California, even require the manufacturer to pay the cost of legal representation for the consumer); so, be sure you are following them to the letter.
