Run Flat Tires

Morning all. I am seeking some advise on replacing my run flats with regular tires. The run flats are too noisy and rough. I'm hoping to find a member who has replaced them with regular ones and can offer a replacment tire. Thanks fellows. Jerry

I replaceed the 205/45-17 Goodyear RSA runflats with 205/50-16 Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S. The difference in ride harshness was night and day (I was on the verge of selling the car because of the harsh ride from the runflats).

Losing the runflats for non-runflats also has a side benefit from weight reduction (I went with SSR comp wheels, which are ~15 lbs. lighter than the OEM S-lites) - acceleration as well as braking improvement. It was like losing a phantom passenger.
