Finally!

My car's been booked for travel!

It's on the FREEDOM (callsign WDB5483). It's scheduled to depart Southampton 8/5 at 18:00. According to sailwx it's still at sea on it's way to Southampton so they must stop load and go, no R&R for the crew! This ship tracking stuff is really cool!

You could always try 1-866-ASK-MINI and ask for a representative. They have been extremely friendly and helpful whenever I've called!

ok! I plugged my info into wallenius 's website and lo and behold I was loaded and saied on 8/3 on the Tasco.. I hate livin gon the West coast for the moment becasue it is going to take three weeks to get to the west coast after Charleston, Georgia and Panama before Port Heuneme. Scheduled to Arrive in Socal 8/26 So it is right on schedule of early sept as I was told by Mini of concord. Well the time should fly by :impatient

Hey Snoggin! Since there are less of you than on PW29, I thought I'd come over and pad your post totals. Seriously though, I can't believe I'm just chatting and chattting. I'm NOT a chatty person. This is what I'm reduced to while waiting for my new Baby! It kills the time so I guess I'll just chat on.:impatient When its over, I'll go back to my introverted self.

I'm sorry but we i n the Pw 30 support group are really lame . Or very patient. Pw29 people are driving around now so you PW 30 people on the east coast can not be far off. I figure I have two weeks to go still. I haven ttakent the time to figure out where the tasco is. maybe tonite I will try and figure it out. I have been riding my bike at th3 track alot but its hard on me as I just had back surgery two months ago. I need the mini so I can take it easy. I am getting the convertible in Hot Orange so it will be sorta like a bike . Just slower but it will be interesting to see how the MCS will really do in the twisties compared to a bike. I may be pleasantly surprised . POST UP PEOPLE!!!!

I told you you guys will start picking up your cars soon. I'M STILL WAITING! (PW 29) Turns out I had a one inch (supposedly) light (supposedly) scratch on the left rear quarter and they held it in the VPC to fix it! Its on its way (supposedly) and I should be able to pick him up on Tuesday (supposedly). I'm OK with it. Its no big deal. In life, snit happens and you move on. Really though, once he's here, I'll forget about it as I'll be so trippin' on it that I won't be able to wipe the grin off of my face.
