Liberty Departure Time Approaches!!!
The Good Ship Liberty is scheduled to cast off in about 1 hour 45 minutes headed for Charleston, S.C. with a stop in N.Y., N.Y.!!!!!

Lets hear from everybody. I don't mean to gloat, really, because I know I'd feel like crap (Oooooh, he said "crap") if I didn't make it. I'm just giddy!

I just noticed that sometime between this am and a few minutes ago that the Liberty's departure time was pushed back an hour to 22:00 their time, 4pm central standard time on the Port of Southampton's website. Not a big delay but enough to disturb my fragile psyche.
ANY change in what, until now has been a quick, glitchless Order-Build-Deliver process is enough (warranted or not) to make me say Eeeeeekkkk! Just kidding, I hope.

There's a whole pile of special delivery GPs on the Liberty too - all loaded in Germany before it arrived in Southampton!

Its Official! She's put to sea!
Per Port of Southampton website, the Liberty, with its precious cargo is classified as "Vessel Sailed" as of 22:16. Godspeed fair MINI's.

Whoooo whooo!!! I can take the 5th one day earlier is good news to me!!
I'm so excited on the 6th, BSSP mini's new ad agency is going to be in my area doing a scenic drive and presentation of upcoming mini marketing! Steve from the Chicago mini motoring club is being soooo kind enough to let me ride along with him!! Hopefully this will help take some of the edge off of this killer waiting period!
