Ordered a new 06 MCS for the wife about 3 wks ago. This will be her toy, I have a 03 Corvette Z06 as my toy. Just received a notice that the mini has been built and is awaiting transport to the US. First car I have bought and paid list MSRP for it. Around the southeast I couldn't find any dealer that would come off the list price for a new one. She got a pure silver with black top and mirrors, english leather w/piping, etc. After all was done, this little toy cost me $29,200 Look forward to reading about the mini on the forum. The corvette forum's sure helped me spend about $30,000 extra on my Z06 for upgrades:impatient I guess its a sickness

 

haha! welcome to the group... You'll find that it is EXTREMELY rare to pay below MSRP on a MINI. on the upside, the MINI will be worth a higher percentage of it's initial value in 5 years than your corvette.

as to the sickness... well... good luck avoiding it
