Well, I haven't been here in awhile. . . since New Year's Day 1970, it tells me! I was on in the minicooperonline days after getting my 2002 Silk Green/White Cooper in October 2002. It served me well but at 81,000 miles (and being one of the early ones) it was time to say goodbye. I traded two days ago for a 2006 Pure Silver/Black Cooper Convertible. I'm in love with it and it spurred me to get back on here after my long absence. . . guess I will keep my user name as a tribute to my first one!

Thanks for the warm welcome back. . . my main impression of the car so far is how much I love driving a convertible. . . never had one before. I love the chrome surrounds on the interior. . . what a sight when the sunlight hits those things! Mine has the Harman/Kardon stereo and it sounds amazing. We're having early spring weather here in Atlanta this week so it was perfect timing. My salesperson, Diana Whitlock at Global Imports in Atlanta (the same person I bought my '02 from), told me I should notice improved quality overall compared to my '02. On that note, I can't find the dealer rating forum that used to be here. . . Diana is great and I wanted to post about here if that forum still exists.
