New Guy!
Sup everyone? I am a New Mini owner, and proud! Just picked up a Certified Pre-Owned '03 MCS in Electric Blue with white roof, Premium, Sport and Cold Weather packages. 32k mi, picked it up for $18,500! Anyways, this is the coolest and most fun-to-drive car I have ever owned, with a slew of VW/Audi's in my past. I am also a VW service consultant, and the Vice-President of Wasserwerks CT VW/Audi club. Go figure! You really just can't beat the value of the MCS, so it seemed like the car for me! Past cars include:
-92 Audi 100CS Quattro V6
-01 VW GTi VR6
-03 VW Beetle Turbo Uni Red color concept
-03 VW Beetle Turbo S (the enemy of MCS, I would guess)
-86 Audi 5000CS Turbo Quattro
-88 Audi 90CS FWD
Currently in the driveway is also our '06 VW Jetta TDI package 1. Sweet little ride getting up to 45mpg! (screw you, Prius!) Anyways, here she is, at home!

Thank you everyone, for the very warm welcome! I must admit, coming from VWVortex.com forums, I am a little sceptical every time I post in a new forum. Especially when I saw a couple of people light into a newbie in the tech forum of this website... But nice, friendly people such as you guys made these fears vanish, and I look forward to being part of the NAM community! Thanks again, everyone!
