Hi to all / Question for Rioman
Hi to all / Question for Rioman
Greetings from snowy Germany! After lurking for a few weeks, its time to come out and say hi and tell you all how much I have been enjoying reading everybodys posts. Its nice to find a forum where people are getting along and having fun. After a two day test drive in an MCS, my wife and I decided it is definitely the most fun you can have with your clothes on
and immediately ordered one. Dark silver, white roof and whats called the Chili Package here which includes air, cloth/leather, S-lites and xenon. Also added the sun roof, chrome interior and the boost headunit with the Harmon Kardon system. Build date is week 14 and if all goes well, I might have it by easter. Can't wait! Of course i'm already thinking about upgrades which brings me to my question for Rioman: I love the look of your MCS with ASA 18". Sorry to be a copycat, but I may just have to go for it. What I'm confused about is the size of your tires. If I read your post correctly, you have 215/40/18 but the Tirerack website recomends 215/35/18. I like the idea of the 40 size because of the extra rubber. Were there any problems involved? Are you happy with them?
I really would appreciate hearing your thoughts. Thanks!
Again, glad to be here and thanks for a great forum.
