My poor VW died this weekend on the way home.. after 219k somt thing was bound to happen... I just wish it waited one more week to break!! hahah

Ok ok...I have been out motoring but I just posted a couple of pictures. They are not the quality that I am used to having but I wasnt behind the camera. We are being detailed and tough guarded on Thursday so hopefully some nice shots to follow if the weekend weather is nice!

Sure looks like Rasmussen's dungeon of a garage. Not the best lighting to see the car for the first time and take pics. I had to stop a few blocks after driving mine out just to get a better look at it in the sunlight

I hear ya but it was pouring down rain outside. We are getting all cleaned up tomorrow and I am hoping for good weather so I can get some nice shots. The nose mask hasnt been all that bad either. I wanted something to protect the bonnet until I can get the tough guard applied and then clear bra as well. More pics will soon follow as good weather allows!

 

Okay finally arrived, was a little bit of confusion on pick up day, but everything worked out okay,

I would love to have lunch on that day but my work schedule has been crazy so I probably wont be able to manage it :(

 

From OC ca to PXD the 27th... I land at 1:19 with my little sister (little as in 21)

after i Pick up the MINI, i'm heading down to Eugean to visit some friends and stay the night.. catch up with them since i havent seen them in FOREVER!

then friday, i'll had back to cali.

 

That sounds like it will be a great drive back. You should drive back on Route 101 down the coast. I want to make that drive this summer some time.

If I wasn't working I'd offer to pick you up in the Mini and drive you myself to the dealer

Wikedgolf, I like your MINI I really like the grill, they were suposed to do mine like that but when I got it they didn't do the lower piece, looks really stupid anyway I hope to have that fixed soon.
