Hello everyone - this is my first post here and it looks like a great forum to be part of. I am seriously considering the purchase of a 2006 Cooper S in British Racing Green. This will be quite a change from my Jeep Wrangler! I am no stranger to quick, good handling cars as I have owned an M3 and a Porsche (gawsh I miss those) in the past, and I am anxious to get back into sporting cars again. I am an avid racing fan, a follower primarily of F1 and NASCAR (what a combo, huh?) and I also love the AMLS and Rolex....well, I love all racing. About 12 years ago I quit part-time amatuer road racing; I raced a BMW 2002 and a 325is in SCCA on occasion. What a blast! Well, I guess that's enough reminising and rambling.
