I'm starting to join the ranks of those of us who are worried, I've been sitting at the dock for an entire week now with no progress, and no tracking info!!! I just called ask mini again, after being put on hold two different times I found out that the tracking server is down right now, call back later....I just can't win!!!!

The Liberty is due to arrive on 02/05. I wonder how long until it would be at my dealer ...

My MA has gotten back to me that he's looking into it. Will post when I hear anything.

We may be close on date of pick up for our coopers. My dealer is in Kansas City which is about a 4 day truck ride from South Carolina. Boat comes in on the 4th. I think there is a good chance that I could get the car by the 17th-18th.

 

. . . still no indication on the WW Cargo Status Report that I'm loaded on the Boheme yet. They better hurry up, she's supposed to cast off in about an hour. (8:00 PM UK time)

I just got done calling ASK MINI and I am still sitting at the dock since 01/26. No luck when I enter my VIN number at the shipping website either.

Stefanie it appears that "Grimace" and "Cato" must have got tired waiting for the boat and headed off to pub to have some drinks instead.

"Cato" should be excited to get on the boat. Heck his home will be in sunny warm Florida for goodness sake!

 

I'm somwhere between angry and upset

I was crossing my fingers for the Liberty on 1/27 and figured WORST CASE it'd be the Boheme on 2/1 :impatient

 

Yeah mine is just siting there too and I have no Idea why it hasnt shipped. It seems people who were produced later have already been shipped. oh well

 

Loaded on the Boheme.....9:44......headed to NY. You folks are likely the victims of a faulty reporting system. If you were at the dock before me (1/28) I think you'll be on the same boat.

 

How did you find out? MA, ASK MINI, WW?

 

According to the Southhampton ship position radar it appears the Boheme departed on time and is making her way to open water. My MINI is supposed to be on board but the WW site is still only indicating she's "booked" and "received". Guess I'll just be left to wonder.

 

Saw the Boheme as departed from Southampton.

Integrity as departed from Antwerp (as scheduled).

Don Pasquale at Bremerhaven (as scheduled).

Any other vessels we should be tracking?

 

I found out at WW. Sorry to hear that some of you still aren't certain about your status. It's a raw deal. Unexpected delays and uncertainty strike almost all of us at some point in the process. Hope you find out soon.

 

SIVY is the call sign for the Boheme. Right now it's leaving the southern part of the English Channel near the northwestern coast of France.

 

Yeah I was at the dock on either the 27th or 28th at the latest

 

Though I was at the dock and scheduled to be on the Boheme today (now yesterday), I got a strong feeling I missed the boat. Decided to track my car via the Booking # instead of the VIN #. It's the number below your VIN on WW's Cargo Status History page. When tracking this way you see the VIN's of all the MINI's loaded today, all 314. Of that, about 45 still have a designated status of "received at terminal" rather than the obviously more desirable "loaded on vessel". The 45 "r.a.t.'s" also have the distinction of havng an asterisk beside their VIN #. Me thinks that not good! When you're this close to sailing and you don't make it, why your imagination can start cultivating all kinds of wild guesses as to why. There was even one lone MINI with the pitiful status of "returned to shipper"!

Ah well, ENOUGH! This is the price one pays for information overload, and besides, why look out yonder, there's another ship comin' roun' d'bend. :impatient

 

Hang on. Some of us aren't quite done obsessing yet.

Looks like I have, in fact, been at the port since 1/27 and missed both Liberty AND Boheme. Plus, I'll be getting off in Charleston, not New York (14 days vs. 9-10). Integrity leaves 2/04 and arrives 2/18.

I'm in exactly the same boat or rather on the same boat, literally. I was at port on the 27th as well. I was also thinking I'd be getting off in NY instead of SC. Oh well, I am relieved to know that I will be on a boat.

 

As I would have guessed and hoped last night, this morning I find that I too am now booked on the Integrity. I notice that all the "r.a.t.'s" from the Boheme's booking list are now removed and have been transferred over to Integrity without asterisks! Poor GRIMACE, I feel for you - missed TWO boats AND what's with getting off in Charleston? Kind of a roundabout route to Ann Arbor. You may find she'll now have more of a southern accent - perhaps something more like GA - RAM - ISS !

 

Yeah, too much information is a dangerous thing. I just noticed that looking by Booking Number my baby is a r.a.t. and has the asterik next to the VIN indicating that 'Cargo is in Waitlist Status'. I don't want to wait anymore!

 

Looks like there were 418 MINIs listed on the Integrity. I went through the list and I'm not on there.
