#2 = Sport

There is a thread in 1st Gear about MINI abreviations for colors, etc. that is really helpful in describing your MINI (as well as reading everyone else's descriptions). It took me a little while to find when I started but has been quite helpful since then.

Congrats! I'm interested in seeing some pics of what the Astro Black looks like with chrome line ext./int. Post when you get a chance!

Received mine last Thursday and finished with breaking in yesterday (I've been a very busy girl - lol...thankfully my fiance was oh so willing to drive around for hours every evening after work).

I followed the directions almost to a "T" and last night after the 2000km (1250 mile) mark I let it rip almost to redline before changing hears (about 6000rpm) and WHAT A ROCKETSHIP! I know it is supposed to be a gradual increase but I couldn't resist and had to get at least a couple hard runs (I won't post my speed weeeeeeeeeee hehehe but it is stable as a rock ) to get it out of my system...ahhhhhh much better now

Thanks, all. Just got back from a weekend trip and passed the break-in mileage. Will post photos as soon as I get a camera. Haven't owned one in a while, now is as good a time as any, eh?

You MUST have a camera to go with your MINI! I'm sure NM is a great place to drive a MINI. Welcome to NAM!
